Super Bowl Tampa Bay 2009
Wow what a game, can you believe it? If your a Cardinals fan I’m sorry. It must suck to think you pulled it off, then lose at the last moment. Then to add insult to injury, Kurt Warner screws up big time with a couple seconds left to play. If your a Steeler fan tell me the truth, you almost gave up hope at the end didn’t you?
The Cardinals definitely went into this game as the under dogs. Most people thought the Cardinals wouldn’t have a shot, some even thought this would be a blowout game. What a surprise for everyone. If your a Cardinals fan you should be proud. Its hard enough making it to the Super Bowl, then on top of that they had to play a team like the Steelers. The impressive part is that they played like they wanted it, they almost won. Kurt Warner played good, but in my opinion he looked alot more nervous than Big Ben. Ben Roethlisberger said he was nervous playing in the first Super Bowl, but this one he was just going to have fun. He did just that, as he stayed calm with 2 minutes and 30 seconds left to play, with the Steelers minutes away from losing the big game. Roethlisberger did what he does best, and helped the Steelers win the Super Bowl 27 to 23.
Congratulations Steelers on your sixth Super Bowl win. Cardinals keep up the good work, keep playing like you have been and you could end up winning Super Bowl 44. This game was a great example of why people love the Super Bowl so much. Canada has Boxing day, I vote that we make Super Bowl Sunday a national holiday.
OH MY HECK…Jim about fell out of the window again when the Steelers was loosing. Then for that last touchdown, I think he did go out the window. He was so happy, woke Kevin up and he had to come out of his room to see what the heck was going on. Matt thought daddy was having a stroke. Old people’s hearts can’t take this much.
